Job Description:

Business Development Executive (Nordics) – Hybrid role, 3 days per week in Swansea

FYI: You don’t need to have a Nordic background or experience dealing with the Nordics.

The Role:

Responsible for increasing revenue in the Nordic region through the company’s product portfolio. Manage and grow existing Tier 2, 3 & 4 accounts, develop new customer relationships, and pursue new opportunities from prospect to partner, aligned with the brand, values, and mission. Report to the regional Sales Director for the Nordics.

Business Development Responsibilities (Tier 2 – 4 Accounts):
  • Convert qualified incoming leads for Tier 2 – 4 accounts.
  • Regularly contact Tier 2-4 major spending customers.
  • Forecast sales monthly using CRM processes.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline in Salesforce.
  • Prepare and follow up on demand generation campaigns for existing Tier 2 to 4 accounts.
  • Translate latest Cyber Security developments into actionable insights.
