Job Description:

Role: Business Development Executive

Location: Newcastle Upon Tyne

Our clients mission is simple: to provide technology that drives real impact. They empower businesses and public services to go beyond being IT-enabled, to become information-enabled- giving them the foresight to seize opportunities, the resilience to weather challenges, and the agility to outperform the competition. They are currently expanding their growing sales team with a team of four Business Development Executives and looking for ambitious graduates looking to kick-start their career.

The Role:

• Identify, research and proactively reach out to potential clients, engaging in consultative and commercial conversations to understand their needs and challenges.
• Conduct outreach through phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn messaging.
• Source leads by adding new contacts to the CRM and managing tasks for existing ones.
• Strategically grow accounts through upselling and nurturing relationships.

About you:

• No previous experience required - full training is provided
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Self-starter with a passion to succeed
• Ability to take a consultative approach to new prospects
• Driven self-starter with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Prior sales experience is a plus but not a requirement as full training will be provided
