Job Title: Business Development Executive

Salary: £30,000 with uncapped earning potential

About & The Role

Our client, EMJ, is growing their sales team and is looking for motivated, driven, early career professionals to help drive forward revenue and develop their career as they develop the EMJ brand. As a Business Development Executive, your role would include:

  • Proactively build relationships with clients to upsell and drive repeat business.
  • Conduct outreach through phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn messaging.
  • Source leads by adding new contacts to the CRM and managing tasks for existing ones.
  • Map decision-making units (DMUs) within target organisations.
  • Pitch tailored solutions and generate compelling business proposals.
  • Manage the sales pipeline — from initial contact to negotiation and closing deals.
  • Strategically grow accounts through upselling and nurturing relationships.
