Business Development Executive (BDE)
Location: Liverpool
Reporting to: Head of Business Sales
Full-time: 37.5 hours per week.
Base Salary - £25,000
Uncapped monthly commission (realistic OTE £60,000 per annum)
Car Allowance: £3000 per annum (£250 per month)
Business travel paid

Key Responsibilities
- Own the direct to business channel in your area by generating your own pipeline and leads
- Identify new business opportunities in your targeted area
- Capture leads within the designated CRM system, develop and implement robust sales plans to secure new business, achieve sales targets and performance metrics.
- Meet with prospects to understand their needs, present our services, and negotiate contracts to close opportunities and build partnerships.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with new clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Collaborate with marketing, technical, and operational teams to ensure the seamless delivery of services and a consistent and positive customer experience.
- Ensure that all business development activities adhere to relevant regulations and standards.
- Must be comfortable working to performance metrics.
