Business Development Executive - (German Language) - Remote - Part Time

Excelerate360 is hiring a Business Development Executive with German language skills for a remote, part-time role. The position involves identifying new business opportunities, generating sales qualified leads, and managing outreach activities through calls, emails, and LinkedIn messaging.

Responsibilities
  1. Identify new business opportunities and generate sales qualified leads.
  2. Conduct multi-channel outreach, including calls, emails, and LinkedIn messaging.
  3. Manage initial prospect relationships and secure qualified appointments.
  4. Maintain CRM records (Salesforce), including activity logs, account data, market feedback, and lead qualification details.
  5. Track and measure daily sales activities and performance.
  6. Collaborate with Enterprise and Inside Sales teams.
  7. Contribute to the evolution of lead qualification and sales processes.
  8. Meet or exceed monthly qualified leads targets to achieve pipeline goals.
Requirements
  • Passion for new business sales and prospecting.
  • Hardworking with a positive attitude towards high-volume outbound activities.
  • Background in IT SaaS sales.
  • Experience with cold outreach, LinkedIn, and prospecting.
  • Competitive, driven, and team-oriented.
  • Proficiency with CRM and sales engagement tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure, organize, and prioritize.
  • Creative and strategic thinking skills.
  • Fluent in German.
