Excelerate360 is hiring a Business Development Executive with German language skills for a remote, part-time role. The position involves identifying new business opportunities, generating sales qualified leads, and managing outreach activities through calls, emails, and LinkedIn messaging.
Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities and generate sales qualified leads.
- Conduct multi-channel outreach, including calls, emails, and LinkedIn messaging.
- Manage initial prospect relationships and secure qualified appointments.
- Maintain CRM records (Salesforce), including activity logs, account data, market feedback, and lead qualification details.
- Track and measure daily sales activities and performance.
- Collaborate with Enterprise and Inside Sales teams.
- Contribute to the evolution of lead qualification and sales processes.
- Meet or exceed monthly qualified leads targets to achieve pipeline goals.
Requirements
- Passion for new business sales and prospecting.
- Hardworking with a positive attitude towards high-volume outbound activities.
- Background in IT SaaS sales.
- Experience with cold outreach, LinkedIn, and prospecting.
- Competitive, driven, and team-oriented.
- Proficiency with CRM and sales engagement tools.
- Ability to work under pressure, organize, and prioritize.
- Creative and strategic thinking skills.
- Fluent in German.
- Available to work part-time.
