POSITION: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

LOCATION: REMOTE WITH REGULAR TRAVEL TO BOURNEMOUTH

SALARY: £30,000 – £40,000 PLUS Realistic bonus potential of £5,000–£15,000 per annum increasing with experience

Key Responsibilities

  • As a Business Development Executive, you’ll be the bridge between professional introducers and the client’s estate planning solutions. This role is all about relationship-building, problem-solving, and driving growth. Here’s what you’ll focus on:
  • Build and support strong partnerships with Financial Advisers, Solicitors, Accountants, and Estate Planners.
  • Identify and research new introducers in your region and understand how our solutions fit their needs.
  • Deliver engaging presentations, training sessions, and client-facing events.
  • Guide new introducers through the onboarding process and help submit new business efficiently.
    Work with the Trust Administration Team to quickly resolve service-related queries.
  • Keep detailed records in Hubspot (CRM) including activity logs and pipeline updates.

  • Has experience with CRM systems (Hubspot preferred).
