The position offers a competitive salary of £30,000 – £35,000 yearly, alongside performance-based incentives and a hybrid working arrangement.

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities in freight forwarding, maintaining strong client relationships, and supporting revenue growth across RIV’s international markets. The role requires generating sales leads, preparing quotations, negotiating rates, and ensuring successful handover of new accounts to operations.
