E-commerce Sales Executive
Location: Derry
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
OTE: £40K - Competitive base + uncapped commission

Role Overview

As an E-commerce Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling a range of e-commerce payment solutions to local businesses. You’ll focus on driving adoption of digital commerce tools, including QR code payments, pay-by-link, virtual transactions, and other online payment services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively generate and manage leads via inbound and outbound channels
  • Present and demonstrate e-commerce solutions to potential customers via phone, email, and virtual meetings
  • Promote a variety of digital payment services tailored to business needs
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business customers, providing tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with account management and customer support teams to ensure excellent customer experience and smooth onboarding
  • Maintain accurate sales records and customer information using CRM software
