Remuneration: £27,000 - £30,000neg + profit share bonus

The role of the Business Development Executive Commercial Washrooms will involve:
  • Internal Sales position promoting a manufactured range of luxury commercial washroom solutions including: WC cubicles, shower cubicles, panelling systems, basins, vanity units, mirrors, lockers, benches & various washroom accessories
  • Predominantly dealing with architects, specifiers & interior designers however you will also promote to main contractors & specialist sub-contractors
  • Being proactive in contacting customers through outbound calls promoting new products, project updates & following up leads
  • Dealing with inbound enquiries via email, telephone & web contact forms
  • Building and developing new business relationships, with a strong focus on also maintaining the existing customer relations
  • Booking in CPDs for the external sales team

The ideal applicant will be a Business Development Executive Commercial Washrooms with:
  • Must have 2+ years internal sales, lead generation, telesales or customer service experience
  • Ideally experience within the construction industry however this is not essential
  • Any experience with the bathrooms/washrooms industry highly beneficial
  • Experience dealing with architects and specifiers advantageous
  • Motivated, persistent and results orientated individual
  • Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
  • Must be highly organised and possess the ability to work well when under pressure
  • A team player, outgoing, friendly, flexible, enthusiastic and ambitious
