About the role:

You will assist the Business Development team in processing new business requests, including but not limited to:

  • Assisting in the completion of quotes in a professional manner to ensure matter conversion.
  • Often being the first point of contact for the firm for perspective clients.
  • Liaising and updating Agents under the supervision of the Partners.
  • Participate in Business development activities as requested, including but not limited to, visiting agents, attending networking events, organising agent events.

About you:

We are looking for a bright, professional, team orientated Business Development Executive to join our friendly and supportive Business Development team.

  • You must be self-motivated and have the ability to efficiently organise both yourself and others.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Comfortable with making and receiving a high volume of calls.
  • A positive “can do” attitude is key to our culture and business model.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft packages is essential.
  • Previous experience in a sales or business development role preferred, but not essential.

A full clean driving licence is required for this role,as you will be required to work between offices and also visit agents throughout the Cotswolds.

This is an in person role (we do not offer hybrid working) and you will be working between our Cheltenham HQ, Gloucester, Stroud, Cirencester, Worcester and Bath offices.
