Job Description:

We are seeking a Business Development Executive to join us in Northampton. The role is on-site and offers uncapped commission and bonuses, with a base salary that is set to increase in April 2025.

The Role:

The successful candidate will engage with clients via phone and email, providing insights and assistance regarding our trading platform, and guiding them through the CFD market effectively.

Responsibilities:
  • Communicate regularly with clients through phone and email
  • Provide clients with information about CFD instruments and educational services
  • Assist clients with navigating our trading platform and setting up accounts
  • Build strong client relationships through excellent service and prompt responses
  • Ensure compliance with FCA regulations during all client interactions
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to improve skills
Required Qualifications:
  • Experience in sales, telesales, or financial services
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment and exceed targets
  • Proficiency with CRM software and relevant applications
