Position Summary: I am seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive. The role is based in the Midlands and covering the North region. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving business growth. This position demands a proven track record in building a pipeline, exceptional business development skills, and outstanding account management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  2. Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with key customers.
  3. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
  4. Ensure timely and accurate follow-up on quotes and customer inquiries.
  5. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  7. Generate sales from an extensive list of prospects and nurture these relationships.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience in the fasteners industry would be an advantage but not essential.
  2. Cold calling will be required.
  3. Proactive and driven mindset with a strong work ethic.
  4. Experience in the oil and gas industry is preferred but not essential.
  5. Demonstrated success in business development.

Package:

  1. Salary - £30,000 - £36,000 depending on level of experience.
