The Opportunity:

As a Business Development Executive within my client’s Packaging division, your primary focus will be on identifying and qualifying new leads to drive the company’s growth initiatives.

You’ll play a pivotal role in expanding my client’s market reach and establishing a robust pipeline of potential clients. Your responsibilities will revolve around strategically targeting and engaging with prospects through various channels, including email campaigns, social media outreach, and networking events.

Leveraging your creativity and resourcefulness, you’ll devise innovative strategies to generate interest and capture the attention of key decision-makers in the packaging industry.

Job Duties:

As a successful Business Development Executive, you will be tasked with:

  • Focus on new business generation (70%) and account management (30%).
  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities within retail, e-commerce, and manufacturing sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to drive growth.
  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies and outreach campaigns to meet revenue targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive threats, and potential leads.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative packaging solutions.
  • Qualify leads to ensure alignment with the target market and customer profile.
