Their project management software is helping contractors, project managers, and site teams streamline communication, reduce delays, and stay on budget.

About The Role
  • Fast paced business development role
  • Identifying and targeting new business opportunities across the construction sector.
  • Managing the full sales cycle — from prospecting and demos to closing and onboarding.
  • Building relationships with key decision-makers (e.g., project managers, commercial managers, directors, business owners).
  • Working closely with the marketing and product teams to feedback market insights.
  • Representing the brand at networking events, trade shows, and client meetings.
  • Meeting (and exceeding!) monthly sales targets and KPIs.
What You Need to Succeed
  • 2+ years of B2B sales or business development experience (SaaS or construction tech a big plus)
  • OR Construction Recruitment Experience.
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Confidence in speaking to senior decision-makers and booking in product demos.
  • A self-starter mentality — you're proactive, persistent, and results-oriented.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of or interest in the construction industry is highly desirable.
