Job Title: Business Development Executive

Are you a confident, highly self-motivated Business Development Executive looking for your next challenge? Our client, a building safety consultancy that specialises in fire safety that operates nationally, are seeking a team of ambitious candidates to join their team in Plymouth.

You will play a vital role in identifying significant new business opportunities, driving growth, and building relationships with potential clients across the country. The role:
  • Driving new business by identifying and contacting new leads through daily telemarketing to book introductory meetings with potential clients.
  • Engaging with clients by conducting virtual meetings to introduce the company's technical consultancy services and understand their specific challenges.
  • Creating bespoke proposals by gathering client information and preparing comprehensive, tailored quotations and presentations.
  • Networking and representing the company at industry exhibitions to identify new opportunities.
The person:
  • Ideally some sales experience, but this is not necessary, as long as you have the desire to learn and grow.
  • A highly self-motivated and confident individual with strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
The package:
  • A competitive basic salary of £35,000, with On-Target Earnings (OTE) taking your total package up to £50,000.
