Business Development Executive - PepsiCo

Location: Newbury & surrounding areas (RG14)

3 months fixed term contract starting on 3rd November, with great opportunities to extend

Salary Upto £32.5K per annum (pro rata) plus performance related bonus, company car & fuel card

We have an exciting opportunity to join our PepsiCo AFH Team as a Business Development Executive. In this field-based role, you will build strong relationships with catering managers and key decision-makers across universities, education centres, healthcare sites, and other locations.

You’ll identify new opportunities, drive sales growth, and maximise brand visibility at the point of purchase. You’ll manage your own diary, make at least five calls per day, and use your initiative and confidence to deliver results.

Previous sales experience, ideally within food service, catering, or a similar channel, is preferred.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with catering managers and key decision-makers across universities, education centres, healthcare sites, and other locations.

Other notes

  • Please note this role requires a full UK driving licence (with no more than 6 pts or previous bans), all offers will be subject to successful completion of a DVLA licence check. This is a field based role which will involve regular travel on a daily basis, so you must be comfortable driving distance.
  • This role will also require manual handling/heavy lifting.
  • Overnights may be required on occasion.
