Job description

We are looking for a permanent Business Development Executive to join our Partnerships team at our office in Manchester.

This is an ideal position for someone with a talent for client servicing and exposure to the partnerships world, who is looking for their next step with a clear development path and training plan.

As a Business Development Executive, you will be creating and selling multi-platform partnership ideas. Working closely across our e-commerce and affiliate business, you will respond to briefs by pitching and presenting creative campaigns. The aim of these campaigns will be to maximize revenue across Bauer Brands and Platforms. You will utilize and develop a combination of sales and marketing expertise, analytical skills, and relationship-building capabilities.

Our Team

You will be joining our growing partnerships division across our portfolio of e-commerce consumer brands, including our voucher shop Planet Offers, our competitions site Win Happy, and our market-leading audio brands both on-air and online.

This is a Hybrid role that supports a balance of working from home and our office in Manchester.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Identify new clients with a target and revenue-driven approach.
  • Develop proposals to address client goals and create opportunities.
  • Plan media spending strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Manage relationships with existing affiliate and direct clients.
  • Seek out new and innovative partnership ideas and concepts.
  • Analyze partnership performance, track KPIs, and generate regular reports.
  • Create strong, recurring campaigns for clients and consumers.
  • Ensure partnerships adhere to legal and brand guidelines.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and best practices in affiliate marketing.

What You'll Bring

  • Experience in a similar or commercially-focused, creative environment.
  • Experience in building and maintaining strong partnerships.
  • A proven track record of successfully driving partnership revenues.
  • A good understanding of radio and its commercial opportunities.
  • Knowledge of Affiliate Marketing is preferable but not essential.
