With a diverse clientele and a commitment to delivering exceptional results, we are recruiting for a Business Development Executive to expand the Sales and Marketing team. Dark Horse is becoming renowned for client services and ambitious growth plans.

As a Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in our Sales team. Your job is to build and identify companies and markets that will benefit from PPC, SEO and Paid Social. We are based in Altrincham, offering a vibrant location close to Manchester, with a mix of local charm and city accessibility. You will be engaging with the market actively, building relationships and generating new business opportunities.

The successful candidate will join our expanding Sales team, reporting directly to the Head of Sales. They will be responsible for the identification of new business and development opportunities through LinkedIn, Email, Phone, and face-to-face interactions. We seek someone who embodies our company values and is driven to make an impact, eager to learn from colleagues, and passionate about creating the best Search Marketing agency in the country.

You will be the main point of contact with Senior Marketing Managers, Business Owners, and Directors across various sectors. A rigorous training program will support you in building lasting relationships. Your role involves identifying opportunities and winning new business from a mix of self-generated pipelines and marketing-supported activities.

You enjoy delving into client problems, understanding their issues, and learning about the digital landscape and consumer behavior. Your execution plans will span multiple industries, focusing on our SEO, PPC, and Paid Social offerings. You will learn how to leverage our team's capabilities to generate results aligned with client objectives. No day is the same, and you will be proactive in your approach.

This role is about building relationships and professional sales, not just closing deals with clever pitches. You need to be active, trustworthy, and possess integrity. A hungry mindset and eagerness to learn are essential for success.
