Job Title: Business Development Executive

Location: Manchester

Salary: £30,000 base with realistic OTE of up to £45,000 (uncapped)

Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Follow up on existing leads to secure new instructions
  2. Engage with businesses daily to build and nurture strong client relationships
  3. Qualify and convert leads from email marketing campaigns
  4. Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system
  5. Support the Business Development Team by booking qualified appointments
  6. Handle inbound sales calls, qualifying leads and providing an excellent first impression
  7. Consistently meet and exceed individual KPIs
  8. Carry out additional duties as directed by the Business Development Team Manager in line with business needs

  3. Strong telephone manner and interpersonal skills
  4. Skilled negotiator with the ability to influence decision-makers
  5. Target-driven with a proven track record of meeting KPIs
  6. Strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail
  7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  8. Team player with a collaborative mindset
  9. Technically proficient with strong MS Word and Excel skills
  10. Experience using Salesforce and Pardot (preferred)
  11. Maintains high levels of discretion and confidentiality

Previous Experience:

  1. Previous experience in B2B telesales within a target-driven environment
  2. Experience in the Business Rates sector is a strong advantage
