We are looking for a Business Delevopment Executive to join our exciting team. How you'll make an impact Analyze internal client data to identify employee benefits opportunities across Healthcare, Group Risk, and Pension, either individually or through comprehensive reviews. Manage and maintain a portfolio of data within the CRM platform to meet business targets and support the acquisition of new employee benefits clients. Identify growth opportunities within the existing employee benefits portfolio. Actively promote and market Gallagher through persistent outbound communication with prospective clients. Deliver professional, high-quality service to clients, colleagues, and third parties. Collaborate with teams to ensure efficient and timely delivery of work. Continuously learn multiple lines of benefits products to confidently cross-sell and upsell. Stay updated on products, services, and propositions by liaising with other teams and departments. About You Basic knowledge of employee benefits (training provided). Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance updates. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce/Xplan preferred). Experience in outbound telesales. Strong communication, organization, and active listening skills. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines. Understanding of regulatory requirements for sales and customer advice. Previous experience in a regulated environment and CRM databases (preferred).
