We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to support the growth and expansion of our consultancy services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to strategic sales and marketing plans.. **Key Responsibilities:**. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in line with the company’s growth strategy.. Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industries, and service needs.. Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients through networking, referrals, events, and digital platforms.. Lead the preparation and delivery of tailored proposals and presentations.. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.. Work closely with consultants and partners to align business development efforts with service delivery.. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform business strategy.. Maintain accurate records of sales activity using CRM software.. Contribute to marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and event-based initiatives.. **Requirements:**. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.. Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, preferably in professional services or consultancy.. Strong understanding of management consultancy services and market dynamics.. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.. Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills.. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.. **Desirable:**. Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)..
