Job description

Are you passionate about people and culture as they are about driving growth?

Our client is seeking a part-time sales person to join their team in London. If you are organised, proactive and ready to help shape their UK sales approach, this could be the perfect role for you.

What you will get in your new role

  • Competitive salary
  • Generous commission for each deal closed
  • 3 days a week, 6 month contract with opportunity to go permanent
  • Meaningful role in a company that's genuinely trying to make work better for everyone
  • Small, collaborative team that values insight, integrity and initiative

Responsibilities in your new role as a Business Development Executive

As a Business Development Executive, you will be the first point of contact for future clients. You will be responsible for understanding their needs, showing them how we can help, and guide them through the sales journey. Day-to-day you will identify and engage with prospective clients across the UK, lead discovery conversations and understand client challenges in L&D, DEI or productivity. Support with proposals, quotes and onboarding alongside their delivery team. And ultimately, help them meet their ambitious growth targets, without sacrificing quality or care.

Your personality, experience and qualifications

We are looking for someone who has worked in or sold to HR, L&D, or DEI teams before or you have sold services or consultancy, ideally in a B2B setting. You should be a natural communicator with the ability to build strong relationships and be confident recommending the right services and solutions based on customers needs.

The ideal candidate would have experience with workplace tools, platforms or coaching solutions. You should also be familiar with CRM systems (Hubspot, Salesforce, or similar) and keeping everything organised in the CRM.
