Job description

Our client is a well-established family-run business based on the Wirral. They have been operating for many years and continue to lead the market. We are seeking a dynamic, client-focused individual to join this busy team. This person must be comfortable with sales tasks and dealing with high-end technical projects.

Role Responsibilities

1. Customer Interaction:
   • Inbound showroom enquiries: Engage with potential clients, understand their requirements, and recommend appropriate products.
   • Home appointments: Visit clients' properties to measure windows for quotes and understand their needs.
   • Telephone: Handle inbound customer enquiries, enter details into our client database, and provide general telephone support.
   • Email: Communicate with inbound enquiries throughout the quotation process.
2. Quoting: Carry out administrative quoting tasks, including interpreting architects' drawings, converting measurements, calculating costs, and sending quotations.
3. Customer Communication: Maintain ongoing communication with clients to keep them informed and engaged, aiming to convert quotes into sales.

Personal Specification

• Experience in the window industry, particularly with aluminium, aluminium wood-clad, or steel glazing systems.
• Experience working with architects' drawings.
• CAD experience.
• Sales experience.
• Ability to create quotations.
• Experience interacting with sales databases.
