Overview

Job Title: Business Development Executive - IT Solutions

Location: Norwich Outskirts (Hybrid: 1 day per week remote after probation)

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum + Uncapped Bonus (OTE c. £15k) + Benefits

Role Summary

We are seeking a motivated and commercially driven Business Development Executive to join the team. In this role, you will take ownership of driving new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets, while collaborating closely with the Business Development Director.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive new business sales opportunities, from initial prospecting through to deal closure.
  • Build and maintain a prospect list to ensure a strong and sustainable sales pipeline, achieving and exceeding agreed revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and third-party partners to propose and deliver the right IT solutions.
  • Attend industry networking events to maximise brand exposure and generate leads.
  • Conduct warm sales calls with existing customers to upsell additional IT products and services.
  • Focus on quote creation, business development, and client relationship management.
  • Build strong relationships with both new and existing customers to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Consistently deliver against sales targets and contribute to departmental growth.
  • Work closely with the Business Development Director to meet KPIs and align with company strategy.
