Hereford, HR2 – office based

  • Full time, permanent (Monday – Friday, no weekends)

The Role

They are seeking a motivated and ambitious Business Development Executive to join their dynamic sales team. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and managing an existing customer database, qualifying warm marketing leads, and generating new business opportunities within the construction parts market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
  • Qualify, nurture, and convert warm marketing leads
  • Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Maintain and update the company CRM
  • Collaborate with the internal sales team to deliver excellent customer service
