Alma Personnel is pleased to be working with our Stafford-based client to recruit an experienced Business Development Executive. Due to expansion within their business, this role aims to further grow and build the pipeline by targeting key influencers within their market space.

Responsibilities:
  1. Proactively make calls to target key individuals within the specified field and introduce new and current products.
  2. Arrange presentations and appointments for external representatives.
  3. Keep the line manager informed of the latest developments and forecast figures.
  4. Follow up on all inquiries from web, email, and samples sent out to customers.
  5. Maintain an up-to-date and accurate internal database.
Candidate Requirements:
  1. Experience in a sales or telephone environment and/or active customer service role offering excellent service and products.
  2. Experience using a CRM system.
  3. Excellent communication skills and strong time management skills.
  4. Self-motivated, positive, and outgoing individual seeking entry into a fast-growing industry.
