Business Development Executive

Salary: 25,000 - 30,000 + Progression + Training + Company Benefits

Location: Ringwood - Commutable from Southampton or Bournemouth

Are you an aspiring salesperson with experience in a customer-facing role, looking to join a family-feel company that offers full training, progression opportunities within the company and the wider group, and the chance to become a high-performing sales professional?

We are offering the opportunity to join a market-leading electronic manufacturing company that specializes in creating and designing electronic solutions for industries such as Automotive, Aerospace, and Telecommunications.

In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads through phone calls, emails, and social media. You will conduct market research and build relationships with prospective clients.

This position is suitable for someone with customer service experience seeking career progression, training, onsite free parking, and a unique benefit of a paid sabbatical after 6 years. You will have the opportunity to develop your career and skills while progressing within the company.

The Role:
  • Generating leads through calls, emails, and social media

  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm (Friday until 4:00 pm)
