As part of our expansion, we’re looking for a consultative and driven Business Development Executive to bring our talent solutions to market and build lasting partnerships.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  1. Sell a full suite of recruitment solutions: RPO, MSP, SOW, RaaS, and project-based hiring.
  2. Develop strategic relationships with HR, TA, procurement, and business leaders.
  3. Lead client discovery sessions to uncover hiring needs and workforce pain points.
  4. Build a robust pipeline through networking, outbound outreach, and industry events.
  5. Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity to offer cutting-edge solutions.
You Must Have:
  1. Proven business development experience.
  2. Background in recruitment, RPO, or workforce solutions.
  3. Strong commercial acumen and ability to shape bespoke workforce strategies.
  4. Experience engaging with mid-market or enterprise clients.
  5. Excellent understanding of recruitment delivery cycles and contract frameworks.
Nice to Have:
  1. Experience in selling or delivering talent solutions (RPO, MSP, SOW, RaaS).
  2. Sector expertise in finance, insurance, engineering, life sciences, renewable energy, or tech.
  3. Familiarity with ATS/CRM systems and workforce tech tools.
  4. Understanding of contingent workforce models and IR35 regulations.
