Business Development Executive Ellesmere Port - Permanent - £30k per annum plus commission

Forrest Recruitment are proud to be working with a well-established and reputable client based in Ellesmere Port, who are seeking an experienced Business Executive Assistant to join their dynamic and friendly team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to progress their career in business development or sales within a supportive and fast-paced environment.

Role Overview:

As a Business Executive Assistant, youll play a key role in supporting the sales function by following up on warm leads and engaging with potential clients. This is a target-driven role where youll be making between 3060 outbound calls per day.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Making high-volume outbound calls (3060 per day) to follow up on leads
  • Be resilient and persistent to engage and track down projects to see how we can support them on site
  • Gain meetings, and quality leads working to KPI's and as part of a team
  • Ensure the highest level of service is provided to the client at all times
  • Take ownership of identifying and winning new leads and business with internally agreed parameters
  • Develop and manage your workload to hit KPI's
  • Building strong client relationships and identifying opportunities
  • Maintaining accurate records in the CRM system
  • Supporting the business development and sales teams as required

Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for someone with a confident telephone manner and a passion for sales and business development. You should be motivated by targets and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

You will ideally have experience in one or more of the following areas:

  • Business Development
  • Internal Sales
