Responsibilities
  • Own and grow client relationships, including C-level engagement and strategic alignment.
  • Drive account expansion through solution selling across Strategy & Consulting, Digital, Cloud, and Data.
  • Monitor financial performance, provide forecasts, and identify margin improvement opportunities.
  • Lead sales-to-delivery handoffs and ensure seamless transition and execution.
  • Manage demand planning and collaborate with Delivery Executives and recruitment teams.
  • Shape and close deals, lead RFP/RFI responses, and oversee proposal quality and orals.
  • Align Capgemini offerings with client vision and strategy to enable long-term growth.
  • Build and maintain relationships across IT and business functions to become a strategic partner.
  • Maintain cadence with client stakeholders and position Capgemini as partner of choice.
  • Provide feedback and support performance appraisals for the account team.
  • Own and manage alliance relationships and update opportunity status in THOR.
Must-Have Requirements
  • 15+ years of experience in IT and sales, with proven success in business development and account management.
  • Deep familiarity with the Insurance industry, including Retirement Services and Wealth Management.
  • Experience managing global teams and large accounts ($20M+).
  • Strong orientation toward solution selling and cross-service integration.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
