The role

As a Business Developer, your mission is to acquire new brand partners and foster strong, long-term relationships. You\'ll combine commercial drive with creativity, identifying opportunities and shaping proposals that reflect each brand\'s unique identity and ambitions.

Key responsibilities
  • Maintain and update a carefully targeted list of prospective brand partners.
  • Identify and qualify key decision-makers within target brands.
  • Develop tailored strategies for each potential partner.
  • Approach prospects with professionalism, tact, and persistence to secure meetings.
  • Present persuasive proposals and partnership scenarios following initial discussions.
  • Prepare detailed follow-up reports, including tailored recommendations.
  • Manage the relationship from initial contact through to contract signing.
  • Monitor industry trends and developments to identify new opportunities.
  • Keep management informed with regular progress updates.
Profile required
  • Degree from a business school or equivalent qualification.
  • 1-5 years\' experience in business development or sales within the luxury, fashion, or lifestyle sectors.
  • Strong passion for sales and prospecting, with a consistent results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to develop smart, brand-specific strategies.
  • Organised, self-motivated, and able to prioritise effectively.
  • Excellent communication, active listening, and relationship-building skills.
  • Fluency in French is essential.
