Overview

Business Development Executive - Tech Solutions. Up to c£35,000 DOE + OTE £50,000+ (Uncapped). Chester (commutable distance required).

We're working with a fast-growing provider of SaaS solutions, and we're looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to join their supportive, high-performing team. If you thrive on building relationships, closing deals, and helping customers succeed, this could be the perfect next step for you. Youll have achievable, transparent targets — no moving goalposts — and plenty of support to help you reach them. With regular customer visits in the local area, a full driving licence is required.

The Role
  • As a BDE, you'll play a key role in driving new business growth, with leads provided to help you succeed.
  • Building and managing a pipeline of new business opportunities.
  • Engaging with decision-makers via calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and face-to-face meetings.
  • Running engaging online product demos and customer consultations.
  • Managing the full sales cycle, from first contact to closing deals.
  • Upselling where opportunities arise.
  • Using CRM tools to track pipeline, activity, and results.
About You
  • Has proven B2B sales experience (SaaS, telecoms, or tech background preferred).
  • Is confident in delivering online presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Possesses strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Enjoys continuous learning and thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Lives within commutable distance of Chester and holds a full driving licence.
