Are you an ambitious individual eager to begin your career in business development? We are hiring a Junior Business Development Executive to join our team. As a Junior Business Development Executive, you will assist with new business queries, risk information, quotes, report writing, system updates, and prospect interactions. Gain hands-on experience and learn from experienced professionals in the field. How you'll make an impact Support the business development team by handling new business queries and preparing quotes. Assist in report writing and analysis to identify potential areas for business growth. Update and maintain customer relationship management (CRM) systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date information. Shadow senior executives to learn about effective business development strategies and techniques. Attend client meetings, either virtually via Teams or occasionally in-person, to gain exposure to client interactions and understand their needs. Interact with warm leads and prospects to build relationships and convert them into potential clients. Work towards an agreed sale target About You A recent Graduate or School Leaver who is looking for an entry level position in insurance broking. Prior experience within a customer service or sales role is beneficial. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal and time management abilities. Strong drive to progress into a Business Development role in the future. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Salesforce exposure is desirable. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A proactive and self-motivated attitude. Eligible to work in the UK.
