Job Role Background:

As we embark on a phase of significant expansion, marked by the development of the groundbreaking "Global Halal Certification & Accreditation Platform," we are seeking a Business Development Executive with a unique blend of Information Technology expertise and business management acumen. Working in collaboration with our dedicated Market Research Analyst, the role focuses on translating market insights into actionable business development strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Market Strategy Development:
    Collaborate with the Market Research Analyst to gather insights into industry trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
    Develop comprehensive business development strategies based on market research findings and organizational goals.
  2. Customer Service:
    Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a positive client experience.
    Handle technical complaints and issues promptly and effectively, ensuring client satisfaction.
  3. Client Engagement:
    Identify and engage potential clients for our product certification, testing services, and advisory offerings.
    Establish and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to understand their evolving needs.
  4. Customer Database Management:
    Maintain and update the customer database with accurate and relevant information.
    Utilize customer data to tailor business development strategies and enhance client interactions.
  5. Client Onboarding:
    Lead the onboarding process for clients, ensuring a seamless transition and understanding of our services.
    Provide clients with detailed information on the benefits and value propositions of our offerings.
  6. Proposal Development:
    Collaborate with the technical and advisory teams to create comprehensive and tailored proposals for clients.
    Ensure that proposals align with client requirements and organizational capabilities.
  7. Presentation to Management:

Qualifications and Skills:
