We are seeking an ambitious, proactive Business Development Executive to join our dynamic Pallet Networks Team based in Cardiff Bay. We value our colleagues and customers and can offer you an environment that supports your career growth while empowering you to make an impact.

This role will be Cardiff based, and you will primarily be managing our South Wales based customers.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive sales growth in line with our expansion.
  • Manage relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met with our high-quality service.
  • Collaborate with the experienced team to create innovative tailored solutions for customers
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve targets
  • Work closely with the management team to chase, follow and convert opportunities and achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets for sales
  • To achieve KPIs for Strategic Plan focus areas

Required Skills And Qualifications.

  • Two or more years of experience in managing sales in Distribution, Logistic and Warehousing sector.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Target driven with a sense of ownership and pride in performance and its impact on the success of the company.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
  • Ability to travel, fully expensed company car provided. Full UK licences required.

The person we are looking for must have previous sales experience ideally within the Distribution, Logistic and Warehousing sector.

Package

The role will come with a competitive salary and fully expensed company car, together with defined contribution pension, Life Insurance and a range of employee benefits under our Employee Assistance programme.

Salary circa £30k based on experience plus generous commission based on sales.
