What You’ll Do:

1. Join a 90-day structured training programme
2. Learn from internal experts and external coaches
3. Sell leading tech solutions to education institutions in the UK and beyond
4. Build strong client relationships and uncover new opportunities
5. Progress into senior roles as the business expands

What We’re Looking For:

1. No sales experience or degree required
2. Strong communication and organisational skills
3. Positive, proactive attitude and resilience
4. Self-motivated and target driven
5. A genuine interest in business development and tech
6. An interest or knowledge in the education sector would be beneficial, but not essential
7. 2 A Levels (or equivalent) preferred, but don't be put off if you don’t have this

What We Offer:

1. £24–28k starting salary based on experience
2. £50k+ OTE with uncapped commission
