Business Development Executive (Lead Generation & Meeting Booking) — North Bristol HQ | Hybrid (2 days WFH)

Up to £30,000 DOE + £100 bonus per qualified lead

Are you a natural people-person with energy who loves connecting with others and making things happen? This role is all about creating opportunities - generating leads, booking meetings, and helping our client's business development managers keep their pipeline buzzing.

We're looking for someone who's not afraid of the phone, thrives on building rapport and brings positivity and drive to every conversation. If you're motivated by targets and enjoy seeing your effort translate directly into success (and commission in your pocket), you'll fit right in.

What you'll be doing
  • Proactively reach out to potential clients to spark conversations and generate leads
  • Book high-quality meetings for the business development managers
  • Research and qualify prospects, making sure every lead is worth pursuing
  • Work closely with the wider sales team to support business growth
  • Represent the company with professionalism, energy, and a genuine interest in helping clients
What we're looking for
  • Ideally 2+ years' experience in sales, telesales or lead generation (tech sector preferred but not essential)
  • Confident and personable communicator - especially over the phone
  • Goal-driven, resilient and motivated by hitting and beating targets
  • Organised, proactive and great at juggling multiple leads and conversations
  • Someone who brings energy, enthusiasm and positivity to the team
