Business Development Executive – Premium Soft Drink Brand – South West - Up to £40,000 plus Commission and Car

An exciting opportunity has gone live to work with an established and growing premium soft drink business covering the United Kingdom. This client boasts a fantastic product and culture, along with a rapidly growing business. The company operates amongst some of the biggest names in Food Service and Prestige Retail / On Trade presence.

As the Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales with new business and product launches. You will play a key role in business success by managing multiple accounts in the South West region across the ON TRADE channel. The role involves managing new business, accounts, and driving growth across the South West.

The ideal Business Development Executive will have a background in Drinks FMCG and hospitality operations.

Business Development Executive Responsibilities:
  • Seek and secure new business, maintain current relationships, and manage P&L in a commodity-driven environment.
  • Build on the brand plan through awareness and product development, trade visits, and events.
  • Increase product visibility in the market and develop a network of awareness.
  • Deliver a channel strategy aligned with company goals and growth.
  • Identify marketing opportunities, perform competitor analysis, and implement sales campaigns.
  • Collaborate with other departments and establish networks within the Drinks industry.
  • Implement training and achieve budgeted targets.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in a Sales or Brand role within the drinks industry.
  • Proven track record in securing new business, brand building, account management, and sales growth.
  • Experience in bringing in new business with a strong network in the Drinks Sector. Background in Soft drinks or Juice is beneficial.
  • Passion for the drinks industry and staying updated on news and trends.
  • Ambitious and driven in sales and client development.
  • Strong communication skills, able to work independently or in a team.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and eagerness for new experiences.
