We\'ve been retained by a leading litigation risk team seeking to appoint a Business Development Director, well-networked across the dispute\'s world, to drive origination and client management. The practice has established itself as a specialist in broking a variety of litigation risks, with a strong UK foundation and an expanding international reach.

The team works closely with disputes professionals such as lawyers, funders, and advisory practitioners, structuring deals that align capital providers with high-value cases. This model has delivered exceptional results and growth, building a reputation as best-in-class.

In this role, you will focus on business development and building relationships with disputes professionals including law firms, funders, accountants, and corporates. By leveraging both your own and the firm\'s extensive network, you will originate complex, high-value opportunities and collaborate with an experienced placement team to convert these into scalable, repeatable revenue streams.

You will bring an established network across the disputes and litigation funding ecosystem, with a proven track record in client management. Commercially astute, you will possess the credibility to operate at the highest levels of the legal and corporate advisory markets. Above all, you will be motivated by building long-term partnerships and contributing to the growth of an ambitious, entrepreneurial team.
