About the role

Reporting to the SVP sales, you will be part of a quickly growing North American sales team taking THG Ingenuity end-to-end enterprise solutions to market. Transforming DTC across global brands through re-platforming legacy investments, unlocking international expansion and delivering world-class distribution capabilities; you will leverage over 2 decades of commerce experience to help brands convert consumers faster, maximize retention and increase LTV.

You will be responsible for selling THG's set of solutions to businesses headquartered in the US. Deal sizes range from $250k to $10m+ with opportunities to work with global brands solving business challenges that strategically places THG Ingenuity at the heart of their GTM strategy.

What will I be doing?

  1. Consulting with brands on their D2C ambition and the challenges they are facing
  2. Understanding from your experience and training how best to maximise the THG Ingenuity platform and solutions
  3. Utilising your network and ability to network to identify and engage prospects
  4. Approaching potential clients through cold calls, email, LinkedIn, existing relationships, promotional events
  5. Collaborating with Sales Development to help build pipeline
  6. Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  7. Developing and implementing tactical plans to achieve sales targets and expand the prospect and future customer base
  8. Preparing business presentations and proposals for prospective clients
  9. Managing sales funnel processes and Zoho CRM
  10. Taking care of customer requests and managing contractual agreements through to onboarding with customer success
  11. Participating in product reviews and new product development and helping to evolve the price and proposition.

What skills do I need?

  1. Strong experience within new business sales - within the commerce and/or fulfilment/logistics space
  2. A hunter mentality and a willingness to build your own pipeline
  3. Proven solution sales skills and experience with $5M+ sales
  4. 5+ years experience in solution sales
  5. Experience with Sales Process Methodology and using CRM systems
  6. Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  7. Experience using tools like LinkedIn, CRM and Docusign to maximise performance
  8. Proficiency in using PowerPoint, Word, Excel and similar presentation and office packages
  9. Experience in the beauty, health/nutrition, and retail industries a bonus

We are open to location of the role across the US - preference in CT or ET.

Salary $160,000 - $180,000 + strong OTE / commission.
