Overview

We’re looking for a proactive and organised individual to support our Commercial team in identifying and coordinating tender and supplier opportunities.

Responsibilities

Tender & Opportunity Management

  • Monitor platforms (Contracts Finder, OJEU, FTS, Sell to Wales) for new opportunities
  • Refer and evaluate tenders for strategic fit
  • Assist with tender preparation, formatting, and submission
  • Maintain bid library and framework tracker

Supplier Engagement

  • Schedule and support supplier meetings
  • Prepare agendas, take notes, and follow up on actions
  • Maintain accurate supplier contact records in CRM
  • Track supplier specialities and align with tender needs

Commercial Support

  • Coordinate internal contributions for tenders
  • Log outcomes and lessons learned
  • Support monthly commercial meetings with data and summaries
  • Monitor inboxes and social platforms for market intelligence
  • Support social media projects

General Coordination

  • Assist with new business launches and events
  • Conduct competitor research and scanning
  • Support brand awareness and content monitoring
  • Help meet departmental KPIs and CRM targets
