Business Development Consultant

We are looking for a highly motivated Land & New Homes Business Development Consultant to complement our Divisional team covering a large area from Sussex to Birmingham. The main purpose of this role is to generate new business meetings with landowners and developers throughout the Division.

Key responsibilities of a Land & New Homes Business Development Consultant
  • To forge and develop relationships with landowners and developers in the Region
  • Generate new business meetings for the team
  • Support the Managerial Team in the pursuit of new opportunities
  • Be aware of any new sites in the region and evaluate potential opportunities for the company

Skills and experience required to be a successful Land & New Homes Business Development Consultant
  • Preferably experience in New Homes Sales with an Estate Agency or builder / developer or Estate Agency or experience such as Estate Agent, Residential Sales or Lettings
  • Able to build relationships and deliver results in a target driven environment
  • Outstanding customer care / customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail oriented
  • Self-motivated, able to work autonomously and act on your own initiative
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
