Business Development Consultant (Healthcare Sector) - Cardiff - Office Based

Office Hours: 8am to 4.45pm Monday to Thursday & 8.45am to 3.30pm Friday

Salary: £25k Basic + Uncapped, no threshold Commission

Benefits: 25 days holiday plus all bank holidays

Our client is seeking Business Development Consultants to join their team in Cardiff (St Mellons). This role offers a great opportunity for individuals looking to start their sales career.

Responsibilities:

• Making high-volume calls to customers daily.
• Using modern systems to communicate with key stakeholders in the Health and Social Care sector about their training needs.
• Becoming a funding expert to discuss available funding and incentives with clients.
• Building trust through honesty and integrity, managing customer accounts for ongoing business.
• Transitioning from new business development to account management as you gain clients.
• Providing clients with the latest funding information and updates on learner progress, handling any issues that arise, and understanding ongoing training needs.
