Business Development Co-ordinator – Top US Law Firm – Fantastic Opportunity!
Fantastic opportunity for a talented and enthusiastic Business Development Co-ordinator to join a busy team of this thriving US law firm with at least two years’ previous office experience working in a marketing team..
Responsibilities include:
·Putting together pitch documents and coordinating responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
·Researching, writing, editing and laying out a variety of other marketing materials, including:
·Directory submissions, on occasion Managing website content such as bios, practice descriptions, and news items Internal and external HTML communications, including bulletins, newsletters, announcements, and invitations Managing the social media platforms, on occasion
·Advising partners on strategic decisions around business development initiatives work with the marketing team and partners to develop effective communications practices and introduce best practices
Qualifications:
·Undergraduate degree required with previous experience in a business development or marketing team
Qualities and skills required:
·Excellent written and verbal communication skills
·Excellent Microsoft Office skills a prerequisite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Level of proficiency with Canva desirable but not essential
·Excellent editorial and proofreading skills
·Strong attention to detail
·Previous law firm or other professional services firm experience preferred
·Confident, energetic and self-motivating
·Collaborative team player
·Ability to work under time pressure and juggle multiple tasks without dropping standards
