The Job

This role is for a unique opportunity for an intellectually curious, well spoken and motivated candidate who is seeking to join a small team of experts, becoming part of projects challenging the state of the art and most importantly making things happen. Successful candidates will gain invaluable experience in C-Level communication, business development as well as a firm grasp of how internal processes work and put a strong foundation to progress quickly with responsibilities as the company grows. You will be engaging with C-level decision makers of world leading businesses, city administrations and academia, becoming an active part of some of the most innovative tech projects supporting sustainable urban development.

Your responsibility will be to meet lead generation targets and provide an excellent first line of support to prospects and customers.

Activities part of your job

1. Draw up a lead generation strategy under the guidance of management.
2. Generate leads through a combination of channels such as Email, Telephone, Podcasts, etc.
3. Communicate professionally verbally and in writing in English and any other language that may be explicitly requested for your role.
4. Consistently update commercial records in the company CRM on a weekly basis.
5. Contact inbound leads promptly.
6. Draft compelling and professional proposals with management guidance.
7. Occasional travel within London, UK and overseas.

Qualifications

- BSc/MSc in any discipline; preference in Urbanistics, Architecture, Economics and Humanities.

- Italian and English - both fluent professional.
