About The Role

As a Business Development and Sales Associate, youll play a key part in growing awareness and donor engagement on behalf of respected non-profit organisations. Youll be based at branded event sitesincluding shopping centres, retail kiosks, and pop-up stallswhere you'll introduce the public to impactful charitable programmes and guide them through a simple, ethical sign-up process.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive donor acquisition by initiating engaging conversations with the public in high-traffic event locations.
• Present clear, compelling information about our clients partner charities and their missions.
• Promote long-term giving options with clarity, professionalism, and transparency.
• Collaborate with your team to achieve shared goals and meet daily or weekly KPIs.
• Maintain a well-organised and visually appealing event space aligned with brand standards.
• Collect valuable feedback and share insights to support campaign development.
