Are you a relationship-driven sales professional with a knack for networking, strategic partnerships, and consultative selling? Do you thrive in B2B tech, Health Tech, or Sustainability sectors? If so, this could be the perfect role for you!

About Articulate Marketing

We are a specialist B2B marketing consultancy that helps ambitious tech companies grow through brand strategy, thought leadership, and signature websites. We’re a HubSpot Partner Agency, and partnerships are a huge part of our success. Now, we’re looking for a dynamic Business Development & Partnerships Executive to drive new business and build long-term strategic relationships.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Own a new business quota for the first 12 months.
  • Close an agreed level (or more!) of new business within 6 months.
  • Develop and maintain a rolling sales pipeline per quarter.

Building Partnerships:

  • Develop relationships with HubSpot reps and management to generate referral business.
  • Identify and build strategic partnerships with agencies to create co-selling opportunities.
  • Strengthen and leverage industry relationships to drive leads and revenue.

Networking & Events:

  • Attend and network at key industry events (B2B Tech, Health Tech, Sustainability) to build brand presence and generate leads.
  • Build and maintain a high-value professional network to drive referrals.
  • Execute structured prospecting via LinkedIn, email, and calls.
  • Develop hyper-personalised, value-driven outreach to engage ideal customers.
  • Qualify and convert inbound leads.

What We're Looking For:

2+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or partnerships, with a demonstrable understanding of B2B and proven experience building partnerships with vendors or agencies.

Sales success in setting up new markets or with new strategic partners.

Proven track record of closing deals and exceeding revenue targets.

Experience selling professional services or marketing solutions is a plus.

A strong networker and relationship builder—able to open doors and create new opportunities.

Experience with HubSpot CRM or similar tools.

Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
