Role Purpose: Support the efficient day-to-day operations of Business Development team by managing customer relationships, achieving daily call targets, and developing specific accounts. Contribute to revenue generation through effective customer engagement, contract conversion, and onboarding processes. Ensure high standards of customer service and support the Team Leader in achieving overall targets.

Role Accountabilities:

  • Customer Engagement:Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and encourage spending.
  • Daily Call Targets:Achieve daily outbound call targets to engage with customers and promote Ideal Bathrooms products and services.
  • Account Development:Develop and manage customer accounts, ensuring growth and satisfaction.
  • Sales Promotion:Assist in driving sales of Ideal Bathrooms products and brands to maximize revenue and gross profit.
  • Product Knowledge:Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and market trends to effectively communicate value to customers.
  • Reporting:Keep call reporting up to date in the Salesi system.
  • Customer Terms:Understand and adhere to customer terms and company policies.
  • New Account Development:Identify and develop new accounts, researching promotional opportunities.
  • Customer Interaction:Respond to phone, email, and web requests promptly and professionally.
  • Adherence to Principles:Follow the Wolseley principles of Conduct and Action.
  • Sales Strategy Support:Assist in implementing sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.
  • Market Expansion:Support efforts to expand the company's market presence and reach new customer segments.
  • Performance Metrics:Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Innovation:Contribute innovative ideas to improve sales and business development processes.
