As we scale internationally, we're seeking ambitious sales professionals to drive new business and grow into strategic leadership roles.

The Role:

This is a high-impact Business Development position designed for individuals eager to transition into an Enterprise Account Executive (AE) role. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence, engaging with senior telecom stakeholders, and working closely with leadership, including the CEO/MD.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, driving new business opportunities.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with senior stakeholders (Director-level and above) within CSPs.
  • Collaborate with leadership to execute strategic business development initiatives.
  • Expand the company’s global footprint in the telecommunications sector.
  • Leverage structured sales methodologies (e.g., SPIN, MEDDIC) to maximize effectiveness.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven success in Inside Sales/Business Development, ideally with a track record of closing $500K+ USD in software or high-value solutions.
  • Industry Knowledge: Telecom experience is a plus but not required—adaptability and strong learning ability are key.
  • Sales Acumen: Eager to transition from Inside Sales/BD to a strategic, client-facing sales role.
  • Self-Starter: Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Communication: Confident and articulate, with the ability to engage senior decision-makers.
  • Languages: A second or multiple languages are highly advantageous.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree required.
