Randstad Digital in London is seeking Start-Up Business Advisors who guide founders through funding and planning, turning ideas into viable plans. You’ll bridge vision and milestones with strategic direction and financial insight.

Responsibilities include evaluating business plans and cash flows, coordinating with Credit and Fraud teams, and delivering high-touch support to UK startups. Fixed-term contract until 31 March 2027.

Competenze

• Experience: Previous Business Advisor experience within financial services is preferred.
• Alternative Paths: Former business owners or mentors with finance and relationship management are welcome.
• Skills: Comfortable navigating business finance and articulating complex requirements to founders.
